We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must not be final sale or marked as non-returnable (such as intimate wear, swimwear, or accessories, unless faulty).
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (if applicable).
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please pack the item securely to avoid damage during the return shipping process.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges are not currently offered. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order on our website.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will assist you in arranging a return or exchange at no additional cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, or any items with hygiene seals once opened
- Gift cards or vouchers
